Court Opening Doors To Autism Cases

Over 5,300 families with autistic children have filed claims with the United States Court of Claims stating that their children's condition was caused by vaccines. These families are seeking compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. If these parents' appeals are successful, they may receive compensation for past and future medical care and upwards of 250,000 for pain and suffering.
