Research Notes on Core Process Psychotherapy
Core process psychotherapy is form of psychotherapy, which practices an awareness of Buddha in the healing relationship between a therapist and client.1 This therapy allows the client to look at what is involved on his/her existence and what has happened to cause them to be the person they are in the here and now. Core process psychotherapy is based on Dharma, or Buddist teachings.2
