Continuum Health Partners (CHP) is a private, not-for-profit and one of the largest health care systems with headquarters located in New York. CHP was founded in 1997 as a partnership between St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center. CHP has affiliations with New York Medical College and The Wartburg with services extending through New York's metropolitan region. 1

- May 1998, Long Island College Hospital joined CHP.1
- Approximately 3,029 certified beds.1
- New York Eye and Ear Infirmary joined CHP and added 100 years of traditional specialty care.1
