Research Notes on Cilostazol Interactions
Cilostazol interactions may occur when taken with warfarin, aspirin, erythromycin, omeprazole, and certain antidepressants. It may also interact with grapefruit juice. As with any medication, you should inform you health care provider of any medications or supplements you are currently taking.1

- Cilostazol is sold under the brand name Pletal and is used in the treatment of intermittent claudication.2
- Common side effects may include diarrhea, headache, and nausea.3
- Cilostazol should not be taken by those with congestive heart failure as it may make this condition worse.4
