Research Notes on Cholesterol Controversy
The ENHANCE study is a large-scale trial of cholesterol-lowering drugs. Early results from this study indicate that a combination drug, Vytorin, is no more effective than a single drug, Zocor, and that neither drug helped participants lower their cholesterol to target levels.
