Research Notes on Cholelithiasis
Cholelithiasis, more often reffered to as gallstones; are hard stone like deposits that are found in the gallbladder. They are caused by the acculmulation of normal or abnormal bile components. They can be as small as a piece of sand, or as large as a golf ball, depending on how long they have been forming.
