Research Notes on Cheater's Diet
The Cheater's Diet allows dieters to have a "cheat day" when they can enjoy eating any food they like on a limited period of time. For instance, a person will be strictly on a healthy diet during weekdays and then be allowed to eat junk foods and sweets (in moderation) during weekends.
Fast Facts:
- This diet program is written by Dr. Paul Rivas. 1
- Dieters are encouraged to eat a Mediterranean-style diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, low fat dairy. 1
- This diet is not recommended for everybody. One must be physically active in order to achieve weight loss.1
