Many people, as they get older, discover an interest in living even longer -- or at least in looking younger. Science and pseudoscience are sometimes difficult to separate in this category, with many marketers trying to promote their products or services as "anti-aging." Unfortunately, researchers have not found any product that does a better job of extending life than simple lifestyle habits such as maintaining a healthy weight, quitting smoking, exercising, sleeping well and managing stress.
