The most commonly reported side effects associated with the use of Cataflam include anemia, abdominal pain, constipation, dizziness, bloating, and indigestion. - Cataflam (diclofenac) is an anti-inflammatory medication used to reduce inflammation, stiffness, joint pain, and swelling in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.2
