While caregiving for multiple sclerosis can be rewarding, it can also be tiresome and stressful. A multiple sclerosis caregiver may be a spouse, adult child, parent, or friend.1 To avoid fatigue and stress, the caregiver should take plenty of time to rest and seek support from others.2
