Research Notes on Campomelic Dysplasia
Campomelic dysplasia, also called camptomelic dysplasia or campomelic syndrome, is characterized by bowing of long bones such as the femur and tibia. Prenatal diagnosis can be made while the fetus is in utero. However, diagnosis is only confirmed after birth or upon physical, radiographic, and molecular evaluation.
