Blastic NK-cell lymphoma is an extremely rare form of cancer commonly occuring in middle aged or elderly. It is fast growing and can be resistant to chemotherapy. Like many lymphomas, x-rays, blood test and lumbar puncture are done to diagnose this type. Prompt medical attention and emotional support are very important for the survival of patients lymphoma.1
