Research Notes on Bird Flu Signs and Symptoms
In many patients, the disease caused by the H5N1 (Bird Flu) virus follows an unusually aggressive clinical course, where the patient goes down-hill rapidly. Initial symptoms include high fever and flu-like symptoms. Almost all patients eventually develop pneumonia and many of their organs may dysfunction.
