Research Notes on Bicycling
Indoor, outdoor, any distance, any speed -- biking and cycling can be a great way for the whole family to stay fit and healthy. Commuting by bicycle is an eco-friendly way to fit in your workouts. As with any exercise routine, it's important to be sure you start slowly and gradually increase your distance and speed. It's also important to be sure your bike is properly adjusted for your height and riding style.
