The Biggest Loser Diet was developed by Dr. Michael Dansinger together with dietitian and chef Cheryl Forberg and fitness trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels. It consists of a low-calorie diet based on the “Biggest Loser Pyramid” followed by exercise and increased physical activity. It was used in the reality show on NBC called “The Biggest Loser.”
