Beverly Hills Diet

Beverly Hills Diet is a low-calorie diet developed by Judy Mazel back in 1981. It consists of the food philosophy of “Conscious Combining,” which means losing weight is controlled by the times you eat and your food combinations. This diet has been highly disputed because of lack of scientific evidence and it is low in protein and vitamins.
