There are foods that may help fibromyalgia. Organic foods are important in your diet; they can contain more nutrients which help boost your immune system.1 Your diet should also be well balanced. You should make sure you eat grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, and dairy.2 Protein is essential for growth and maintenance. Muscle pain and stiffness can be relieved by eating protein.2 Drinking eight glasses of water a day is also recommended.3 Another food to eat are those high in vitamin C.
