There are a variety of fish oil formulations available. Fish oil is the oil harvested from the tissue of oily fish.1 Because it contains the omega-3 fatty acids, many recommend it for a healthy diet.1 Below are some resources that attempt to identify the best fish oils, and offer tips on selecting the right one to use.
