Research Notes on Balloon Sinuplasty
Balloon sinuplasty is a surgical treatment for chronic sinusitis and nasal allergies. The procedure involves opening clogged nasal passages using a catheter with a balloon at the end. After insertion, the balloon is inflated, instantly returning the blocked sinus to normal function.1
