Research Notes on Autologous Fat Transfer
Autologous fat transfer also know as ”microlipoinjection” is a surgical procedure involving the injection of your own fat to your face enhancing problem areas. It is usually used in sculpting the cheeks, chin, under the eye and lips. Fat taken from the patients' abdomen, buttocks or thighs will be used in the procedure.
