Research Notes on Autism in Preschoolers


Signs of autism in a preschooler may include a refusal to maintain eye contact, a lack of emotion, and a lack of communication. Preschoolers with autism can receive speech therapy, social skills training, and other behavioral therapies to help them in a setting with other children.
