Research Notes on Auspitz's Sign
Auspitz's sign are spots of bleeding that occur when the scaly patches caused by psoriasis are removed. It is named after a 19th century dermatologist, Heinrich Auspitz.1 The spots of bleeding occur where capillaries are vertically present underneath the skin.2
