Research Notes on Attenuated Familial Adenomatous Polyposis
Attenuated familial adenomatous polyposis (AFAP) is a subtype of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), a genetic cause of colon cancer. Individuals with AFAP tend to be older when they develop colon polyps than those with classic FAP.
