Research Notes on Ativan for Multiple Sclerosis
Ativan is sometimes used to treat anxiety in multiple sclerosis patients. The medication is approved by the FDA for anxiety associated with depression, and its use in treating MS is considered off-label use. Multiple sclerosis patients are urged to use this medication exactly as directed by their physician.1
