Research Notes on Asperger Syndrome and ADHD
ADHD symptoms are typically present in many children who suffer from autistic spectrum disorders, including Asperger's syndrome. Children with autistic tendencies and ADHD usually do not respond well to stimulant medications.1 While some children may exhibit symptoms of both disorders, the difference between the two conditions becomes more apparent with age.2
