Apple cider vinegar is the product of fermenting apples. Consumption of 1 to 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before meals is believed to have a “fat-burning” effect that can stimulate weight loss. The benefits of apple cider vinegar in weight loss is still inconclusive and should be used with caution.
