Animal Shelters Face Busiest Day After Fourth of July

GuideWisdom™

This WisdomCard managed by: Amy Sandhu

Even with the Fourth of July over, places all over the country continue to use fireworks as an attraction. Although humans find them exciting, fireworks can be terrifying to a pet. The humane society recommends leaving your pet in a secure area at home, close all window treatments, leave a stereo or television on to provide familiar background noise and make sure your pet is wearing a form of identification in case they do get out.
