Research Notes on Allergic Reaction
An allergic reaction is a hypersensitive response of the immune system to a specific substance, called an allergen. Allergic reactions are common and rarely life threatening. Symptoms of a minor allergic reaction are rashes, hives, itching, nasal congestion, and watery, red eyes.
