Research Notes on Al Kasha and Anxiety
Songwriter Al Kasha suffered from an anxiety disorder called agoraphobia. Depression is what led up to him becoming agoraphobic. For years, he was unable to leave his house. During this time in his life he became born-again and discovered his faith in his church. This helped him to begin overcoming his agoraphobia and these days he is able to travel comfortably.
