Research Notes on Al Franken
Alan Stuart Franken, who is more commonly known as "Al", was born May 21, 1951. He is a comedian, actor, author, radio host, and politician. He is known for his liberal political views and has announced his candidacy for the 2008 United States Senate election in Minnesota. In reference to health care, he believes in a universal health care system, and that every child in America should have health care coverage.
