Research Notes on Adult ADHD and Fibromyalgia
Adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) may have common features with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Adult patients with symptoms of ADHD, particularly those with predominately inattentive type, have also reported unexplained fatigue, widespread musculoskeletal pain, or have a pre-existing diagnosis of CFS or FMS.1
