Adrenal Fatigue
This WisdomCard managed by: Nicole Kinsey
Constant stress and poor nutrition weaken the adrenal glands. Weakened adrenal glands cause depletion of the body's hormonal and energy reserves. Adrenal fatigue may cause chronic fatigue, weakness, sleep disorders, decreased libido, and weight gain or loss. This condition can be treated by medications or naturopathic approaches.
