Research Notes on Adlerian Therapy
Adlerian Therapy, also referred to as Classical Adlerian Psychology or Individual Psychology was founded by Alfred Adler (1870-1937). The theory is based on the premise that human behavior has a purpose and goal and that individuals strive to be socially connected with others.
