Research Notes on Adipost and Insomnia
Adipost has been known to cause insomnia in some patients. In order to avoid sleep difficulties, physicians recommend that Adipost be taken early in the day. If Adipost use results in insomnia when taken early in the day, patients should speak with the physician regarding the strength and frequency of the medication.1

- Patients should not increase their dose of Adipost, as increased dosages can be dangerous and will exacerbate sleep problems.2
- Adipost is sometimes recommended as a short-term medication to help induce weight loss.2
- Adipost is a brand name of the generic medication phendimetrazine.2
