Research Notes on Adipex Side Effects
Side effects of Adipex (phentermine) include dizziness, dry mouth, difficulty sleeping, irritability, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. Severe side effects that warrant an immediate visit to your doctor include severe headache, slurred speech, seizure, weakness on one side of the body, vision changes (e.g., blurred vision).1
