Research Notes on Acupuncture and Ovarian Cancer
Acupuncture began in China over 2,000 years ago. Acupuncture does not cure ovarian cancer. Clinical trials show that acupuncture performed on cancer patients helps relieve nausea caused by chemotherapy. In China, acupuncture is also used as an anesthetic for patients during surgery.1
