Side effects from using Acular (ketorolac) can range from mild to serious. Mild side effects can include stinging of the eyes, swollen eyelids, and headaches.1 You should seek medical attention immediately if you experience vision changes, white patches on your eyes, or severe burning of your eyes while taking Acular.1
