Research Notes on ADHD and Aggression
Some children with ADHD may exhibit aggressive behavior toward other children or adults. Behavior therapy is one option for dealing with aggression in children with ADHD.1 Parents who are struggling to cope with aggressive behavior in their child may want to consult with the physician regarding the medication which their child is taking, as some medications can cause aggression or intensify aggressive behavior.2
