Research Notes on ADD Diagnosis After Academic Suspension


A large number of students with ADD (medically referred to as ADHD) are suspended and/or expelled from school. Because ADD/ADHD is a medical diagnosis, a school might choose to reevaluate a child after a disciplinary action in light of this disability.
