Research Notes on 5 Factor Diet
The 5 Factor Diet is the latest diet plan that has the five food elements: protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, fat, and fluids. It consists of five small meals a day, combined with 25 minutes of exercise broken down into five five-minute bursts. It focuses on five “Fat loss” keys: metabolism, exercise, right calories, glycemic index, and rest and recovery.
