3 Day Diet


The 3 Day Diet promises weight loss of at least 10 lbs in a span of three days. It consists of eating a precise amount and type of food prescribed in the diet plan followed by 4 to 5 days return to usual eating habits. This type of diet plan has been considered a fad and yo-yo kind of diet. Nutritionists and physicians do not recommend this kind of diet as it can predispose a person to an unhealthy eating pattern.
