After a confrontation with teachers over an alleged violent situation with another student, an 11-year-old girl started throwing classroom furniture around the room. An officer, Donna Hudepohl, was called to remove the girl from the room, but the girl responded by spitting and punching Hudepohl. Hudepohl, after getting her nose broken, responded by tasering the girl.
