Many people find it hard to include workout time in their already hectic schedules. It has been found that two to three short workouts of 10 minutes each, squeezed throughout the day may must be as effective as an hour long workout. Exercise helps us become stronger and healthier, and we can achieve this by just spending at least two 10-minute exercises a day.
